Cancellation Policy<br />
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours notice. If it is less<br />
than 24 hours notice 50% of the value of the treatment booked will<br />
be charged.<br />
If you fail to show up for an appointment a 100% no show charge<br />
will be made. In return if your appointment is cancelled by us with<br />
less than 24 hour notice you will receive your next appointment<br />
free of charge.<br />
A loyalty card is available when you purchase products to receive<br />
a treatment free.<br />
Gift Vouchers have a 6 month expiry date.<br />
Courses of treatments must be paid for in full at the start of the<br />
treatment course and are valid for one year.<br />
