Contains no additives. Also for use in meatand poultry koshering and topping for baked goods.Alberger® Flake SaltFor use in natural cheeses, sauerkraut, seasonings, natural casings, canning,cured meats and dry-blended detergents. Contains no additives.Alberger® Special Flake SaltFor use in spices, meats, snacks, natural cheeses and other dairyproducts. Slightly finer than flake salt.
