Once both the 5508 Lonas Drive Property and 5500 Lonas Drive Propertieshave been secured, Pilot employees who have been determined to be essential to Pilot'soperation of his travel plazas and fueling stations will be permitted to return to their duties, if it isdetermined that their presence will not affect the ability of the searching and seizing agents topreserve and seize evidence.XIII. REQUEST FOR SEALING154. It is respectfully requested that this Court order that all papers in support of thisapplication, including the affidavit, search warrant, and application be sealed until further orderof the Court. These documents discuss an ongoing criminal investigation that isneither public nor known to the targets of the investigation. Release of the information at thistime could jeopardize the integrity of that ongoing investigation.
