The shape, emergence profileand esthetic properties of such abutments can be ideallyadjusted to the clinical situation.Individualized estheticsWith LS 2 glass-ceramics, the esthetic possibilities are virtuallylimitless, particularly in the anterior region. Giventhe material's fluorescence in conjunction with individualcharacterizations, a lifelike appearance is achieved near theroot and the transition area to the crown. Seating and aftercareIPS e.max ® Abutment Solutions CEM KitThe IPS e.max Abutment Solutions Cementation Kit offersan ideally coordinated range of products for the cementationof hybrid abutments made of LS 2 and ZrO 2 to Ti bases.It contains all the components that are required to prepareand perform a clinical try-in (e.g. Virtual ® Extra LightBody Fast Set) and all the materials that are needed topermanently cement restorations to Ti bases (e.g. MultilinkImplant). The self-curing luting composite Multilink Implanthas been specifically developed for the permanent cementationof implant-supported restorations. In conjunctionwith the Monobond ® Plus primer, this material yieldsexcellent bonding values.Implant Care ProgramImplant Care comprises a coordinated range of products forthe professional care of patients during the different phasesof an implant treatment and the lifelong aftercare.Products for professional cleaning (e.g. Proxyt ® ) and bacteriacontrol (e.g. Cervitec ® ) contribute to maintaining the qualityof implant-retained restorations in the long-term.
