APPLICATIONThis <strong>agreement</strong> shall apply to the employment of persons classified in clause 3,Definitions, herein by those nominated companies at their nominated locations and shallbe read in conjunction with the Cold Storage Enterprise Award 1998 (308 IG 375). Tothe extent of any inconsistency this <strong>agreement</strong> shall apply. This <strong>agreement</strong> rescinds andreplaces the Cold Storage Enterprise Agreement – 2003 and all variations.The nominated companies are:Swire Cold Storage Pty Ltd, Jedda Road, Lurnea, 2170Swire Cold Storage Pty Ltd, Birnie Ave. Lidcombe, 21413. DEFINITIONS3.1 The following definitions shall apply to this <strong>agreement</strong>:[a]"The Union" shall mean the Australasian Meat Industry EmployeesUnion, New South Wales Branch.[b] "The Federation" shall mean Employers First .3.2 The following employee classifications structure shall apply:[a]A Grade 8 employee shall be a Senior Leading Hand who will beappointed to reflect the higher level of responsibility expected of theemployee.
