Passed unanimously.Paul Miller gave a presentation in regardsto changing the Area boundaries. He felt byadding another Area that included Colorado,Utah, New Mexico & Arizona, put Wyomingin Area 1 and Nevada in Area 2 it wouldmake the size of each Area more equitableand get the shooters in the Area with thepeople they normally compete with. He further moved that theWorld Assembly be asked to re-evaluate allsafety penalties, and the possibility of installingstage disqualifications as an alternativeto match disqualification for lesserinfractions. 2nd.
