in sports, <strong>the</strong>y put in access codes <strong>for</strong> "super athletes" <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong>n someone from higher up had <strong>the</strong> option <strong>of</strong> steppingin <strong>and</strong> 'sponsoring' a child with a promising future. Which meant that this "higher up" funded so called 'specialeducation' <strong>for</strong> this child, <strong>of</strong>ten without <strong>the</strong> parent's conscious involvement or consent, <strong>and</strong> from <strong>the</strong>n on had aspecial interest in how things were taught to <strong>the</strong> child. Kelly was monitored closely, always having a special tutor to"shore her up." Our controllers viewed her as a young beauty <strong>and</strong> noted her extremely positive social skills <strong>and</strong> builtupon those. <strong>The</strong>re was an "inner group" <strong>of</strong> school <strong>of</strong>ficials, parents <strong>and</strong> teachers who were involved in seeing to itthat <strong>the</strong> preconditioned children were groomed in <strong>the</strong> ways necessary <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong>m to step into future pre-designatedpositions. <strong>The</strong> people behind this scheme have done endless research on <strong>the</strong> brain in response to everything,including spinning rides at amusement parks, <strong>and</strong> know just what level <strong>of</strong> stimulation is needed to makeprogramming most effective. Over <strong>the</strong> years <strong>the</strong> research has been tried <strong>and</strong> tested through <strong>the</strong> experimentation onchildren who were targeted be<strong>for</strong>e birth. <strong>The</strong> genetic engineering aspect is highly used <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong>y take intoconsideration <strong>the</strong> inherent genetic talents <strong>and</strong> abilities coupled with just <strong>the</strong> right training at <strong>the</strong> right age to producea "highly advanced child." But, in essence, what <strong>the</strong>y truly have created is a highly advanced robot that has beendehumanized to <strong>the</strong> point <strong>of</strong> not being able to think or choose <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong>mselves. <strong>The</strong>y have been robbed <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir freewill or any real choice in <strong>the</strong>ir lives.<strong>The</strong> Cali<strong>for</strong>nia Capital 'Sexcramento' <strong>and</strong> Senator Pete Wilson<strong>The</strong> organization <strong>and</strong> framework is large. <strong>The</strong>re were many people involved <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> technology over <strong>the</strong> years hasrisen to <strong>the</strong> level where children in <strong>the</strong> preschools require less trauma <strong>and</strong> torture in <strong>the</strong> beginning stages to set in<strong>the</strong> "cues <strong>and</strong> programs" that will be built upon in later years. Pete Wilson was very involved with all <strong>of</strong> this <strong>and</strong>was set into position in <strong>the</strong> 1980's. I was sent to Sacramento with Ann Eklund, <strong>the</strong> principal <strong>of</strong> Sumac ElementarySchool, in <strong>the</strong> early 1980's, to set up <strong>the</strong>se programs through <strong>the</strong> school districts. Although at <strong>the</strong> time I didn't knowI was participating in this, years later, during a flashback, I remembered boarding a plane with her, getting <strong>of</strong>f withher <strong>and</strong> being met by a taxi that drove us to <strong>of</strong>fices <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Cali<strong>for</strong>nia State Department <strong>of</strong> Education. It seems that<strong>the</strong> instructions to implement <strong>the</strong>se "special programs" filtered down from "<strong>the</strong> top." <strong>The</strong> higher ups see it astechnologically advancing <strong>the</strong> children, creating "mega minds <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> future" <strong>for</strong> later use within <strong>the</strong>ir own system.<strong>The</strong> children are <strong>for</strong>ce fed in<strong>for</strong>mation into previously set up inner systems <strong>of</strong> mind files <strong>and</strong> are trained to be ableto accept vast amounts <strong>of</strong> highly technological in<strong>for</strong>mation beginning at age three. <strong>The</strong>y are not taught to think, butonly to be used <strong>and</strong> accessed like a computer.Ann Eklund was highly involved in <strong>the</strong> project <strong>and</strong> had been since its inception. <strong>The</strong> framework was set into greatmotion in Sacramento in <strong>the</strong> early 80's between Ann, Don Zimring, Pete Wilson <strong>and</strong> several <strong>of</strong>ficials fromWashington, DC. I was flown to DC to speak be<strong>for</strong>e a committee meeting to describe how <strong>the</strong> program wasprogressing. Sometimes a child would be "demonstrated" to <strong>the</strong> committee to show <strong>the</strong> advanced mind technologythat was possible. Disbelieving Senators <strong>and</strong> Congressmen 'in <strong>the</strong> know,' needed to see to believe. <strong>The</strong> child couldbe made to per<strong>for</strong>m on cue <strong>and</strong> recite mega amounts <strong>of</strong> highly complex technological in<strong>for</strong>mation. <strong>The</strong>y saw <strong>the</strong>sechildren as being prototypal descendents <strong>of</strong> mine. <strong>The</strong>se particular politicians knew how I was used with HenryKissinger <strong>and</strong> were "amazed" to know that any similarly conditioned child could possess <strong>the</strong> same qualities <strong>of</strong> mindability. Reagan was also involved <strong>and</strong> so was Bush. Our instructions <strong>for</strong> individual children's programming <strong>of</strong>tencame from <strong>the</strong> White House level as many <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se wealthy people "adopted" <strong>and</strong> "supported" children "withpromise." <strong>The</strong>se elite overseers viewed <strong>the</strong> 'special' children as <strong>the</strong> minds <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> future, <strong>the</strong> future world leaders,preprogrammed with <strong>the</strong>ir own wisdom <strong>and</strong> desires <strong>for</strong> how <strong>the</strong>y feel <strong>the</strong> world should be run, based on <strong>the</strong>ir ownvalues. GOD HELP US!LVSD was <strong>the</strong> No. l pilot program <strong>and</strong> many funds were approved to be used within <strong>the</strong> school district, but wereactually skimmed <strong>of</strong>f <strong>the</strong> top to finance a lot <strong>of</strong> "special programs," really aimed at <strong>the</strong> children who had beentargeted. Children who were targeted were dismissed from class, taken to a room <strong>for</strong> special attention <strong>and</strong> werehooked up to special audio tapes, linked with accompanying picture books, in <strong>the</strong> beginning years, <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong>n later onto computers <strong>and</strong> sound. Large reels <strong>of</strong> film were used occasionally when not available on video <strong>and</strong> it was timely<strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> in<strong>for</strong>mation to be "visually cued" into a child's brain. But usually it was done by video or computer. Itcreated complex brain function <strong>and</strong> set up controls within <strong>the</strong> child that <strong>the</strong>se people manipulated. <strong>The</strong>y haveper<strong>for</strong>med experiment after experiment over <strong>the</strong> years to develop <strong>the</strong> most effective equipment to use on children.Much <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> funding earmarked <strong>for</strong> use within <strong>the</strong> school district was siphoned <strong>of</strong>f to be used <strong>for</strong> research <strong>and</strong> to
