MethodsThe diagnosis of AMI was based on characteristic:1. chest pain persisting for more than 30 min2. significant ST segment elevation in ≥2 contiguous ECG leads3. elevation of the myocardial band of creatine kinase (CKMB) ≥2-fold the upper normal limit.The exclusion criteria included:1. previous MI2. previous history of coronary intervention or coronary artery bypassgraft3.left main disease4. a very tortuose infracted artery unsuitable for thrombectomy
