The agency should havecompleted five such works where it has provided at least 100persons in each organization during the last five years. Thename/s of such organizations copies of final work orders along withnumber of persons deployed category wise may be submitted.4 The Service Provide should have a valid license from thecompetent licensing authority under the provisions of ContractLabour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 and ContractLabour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules, 1971. One Crore per annum. Please indicate figures and tobe substantiated through Income Tax Certificate.PAN/ST/TIN/VAT No./EPF Registration/annual report (BalanceSheet & P/L A/c.) for the last 3 years.
