Board of Directors<br />
An independent, volunteer Board of Directors,<br />
supported by a professional staff, governs <strong>The</strong> <strong>Sierra</strong><br />
<strong>Club</strong> <strong>Foundation</strong>. <strong>The</strong> Board primarily focuses on<br />
enhancing the overall performance of the <strong>Foundation</strong><br />
and supporting the charitable and educational work<br />
of the <strong>Sierra</strong> <strong>Club</strong> and other grantees.<br />
