Here are some of them…From: Mr B K Dash, Faculty, NISTYes, Press in India is free to publish any news but sometimes media misuses its power givenby the constitution for its own personal reason or to earn money or to work for a particulargroup/political party. Sometimes with the interference of judiciary, it has apologized to theconcerned person or organization. As the fourth pillar of our constitution, it should be moreresponsible to serve society and to work for the common people. From: "silki priyadarshani" Sir, In my point of view, the press in India is not totally free, because, the press people areunder the pressure of politicians and the rich people of the society. Also who wants to workhonestly ? They are purchased by politicians directly or indirectly. Most of the press peoplefind their own interests rather than the country’s.From: Sudhansu Shadangi, MCA 2nd year
