The luxury automaticclimate control THERMOTRONIC contributes towards a pleasant interior climate.Light and Sight package (option). The Light and Sightpackage enhances safety and improves the driverʼs perceptionof the traffic – an invaluable benefit in particular duringdarkness or in poor weather conditions. The package comprisessafety-relevant features such as windscreen wipersfitted with a rain sensor and an enlarged washer fluid reservoir,exit and warning lamps for the driverʼs and front-passengerdoor, plus a warning and ambient lamp for the tailgate. Quiteapart from the safety aspects, the package also increasesthe high-class appeal of the interior. The integral ambientlighting in the trim on the dashboard and the door shellsand door pulls also lends the interior design of the A-Classa stylish and exclusive touch. In conjunction with sportsseats the opening between the head restraint and the seatbackrest is stylishly illuminated. This pleasant overall impressionis enhanced by sun visors with an illuminated interiormirror, footwell lighting for the driver and front passengerand in the rear, illuminated door sill panels at the front,separately controllable reading lamps on both the left- andright-hand side in the rear – and by a downlighter for therear compartment.THERMOTRONIC (option). The luxury automatic climatecontrol THERMOTRONIC has separate temperature controlsfor each side of the interior, allowing the driver and frontpassenger to travel in comfort at the individual temperatureof their choice. At the touch of a button the 2-zone systemworks fully automatically with an integral particulate matteractivated charcoal filter against dust, pollen and odours.At the back of the centre console there are also two airoutlets for the rear compartment. THERMOTRONIC keepsthe desired temperature constant and also takes exteriorfactors such as sunlight, air quality and humidity intoaccount via its sensors.
