In case, station of posting is notreceived, then officer (s) may be relieved with direction to report to concerned Circle forfurther posting.3. The officers who are transferred above, in case, are looking after in a higher gradelocally, the arrangements should be terminated before relieving them.

4. The leave, if any requested by the officer(s), under transfer, should not be grantedunder any circumstances by the Circle(s) where they are working presently without priorpermission of the CO BSNL. The officer can apply for leave to the Competent Authority at thenew place of posting, who will sanction the same if it is justified in the normal course.5. Posting of officer(s) to the sensitive/non-sensitive posts should be done by the Circle asper prescribed norms circulated by DoT and Vigilance branch of BSNL Corporate Office fromtime to time.6. The Circle IFA(s) are requested to relieve the officer(s) under transfer not later than31.10.2012 and TA/TP may be regulated as per the guidelines issued by BSNL vide letter No:19-27/2002-L&A(Part) dated 15.04.2004.7. All IFAs may please check up the up-to-date position regarding the vacancies in thegrade of AO/Sr AO in their circles after implementation of the above order and intimate thesame to Dy.
