<strong>AA</strong>-2(c) Associations shall be allowed to enter one boys' team and one girls' team in each of the LevelI and II races. Girls' and Boys' Teams shall be made up as follows: five (5) team members -five (5) to race; three (3) to count.The Association that had a team which placed first overall in a particular division theprevious year, will be awarded a second team entry in that particular division for the currentyear.(d) One female and one male racer may be selected to represent their Association to race asindividuals in Levels I and II. The individual must attend a different school than the teamentry.(e) Additional entries to the Championship will be awarded to Associations based on combinedSlalom and Giant Slalom results from the previous year’s Championship.In the event of an overall tie, the tie breaker will be:i) Accumulative team place points of both events.ii) Accumulative individual place points of the top three racers for both events.iii) Accumulative times of the top three racers of both events.(f) The TDSS<strong>AA</strong> shall be permitted two (2) entries as outlined in sections (c), (d) and (e) above.(g) All racers must be declared on the entry form. NO substitutions are allowed.(h) Any suspensions or disciplinary actions in Association competition shall be carried forwardinto OFS<strong>AA</strong> competitions. The Association convenor shall be responsible for reporting suchskiers and the nature of the disciplinary action on the OFS<strong>AA</strong> entry form.(i) For associations withdrawing a team(s) after the commitment deadline the minimumsanction imposed will be a fine equal to the entry fee. Further, if the withdrawal takesplace at a time that impacts on the convener, financially or logistically, a further fine maybe issued. This fine may encompass costs incurred by the convenor for entry fee, banquetmeals, banners, etc. as reviewed and approved by OFS<strong>AA</strong>. The association and/or schoolmay also be brought forward to the Board of Reference sanctions..6. Expenses:An Entry Fee shall be charged which shall be sufficient to cover operating costs of theChampionship. Any Association that does not meet its entry commitment after it has declared anentry into the Championship will be required to submit the entry fee and a report will be made tothe Board of Reference - Sanctions.Those schools having entries are responsible for arranging and financing their own travel, mealsand accommodation for the event.Convenors are encouraged to obtain appropriate all-inclusive travel packages whenever possiblefor the event. Competitors must avail themselves of these arrangements as a condition ofparticipation.7. Eligibility:(a) To represent a school in any activity co-ordinated by the Federation a student must:(i)(ii)be eligible for competition under the Constitution, By-Laws and Standing Rules(Playing Regulations) of the Association to which his/her school belongs;be certified as eligible by the Principal of the school;
