reading and approval of the minutes - City of Perry, MI

1. Pending proof that the City be named as additional insured on
the premises liability policy that Charlie’s Bar has in force, in
an amount not less than one million dollars
2. That Charlie Devine erect a barrier fence at least 4ft
tall
3. That there will be added police protection in this
area
4. That the City Parking Lot will be restored to its original
condition after the event
5. That questions 1 through 8 of the application be correctly
answered before the form is sent to the state. Carried, all aye.
ANY OTHER BUSINESS THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL:
Charlie Devine, owner of Charlie’s Bar and Grill discussed his
concerns about the parking availability in the city business
district.
Mark Landers asked Council to place possible approval of SATA
payment on next agenda.
