We require 24 hour advanced notice to reschedule orcancel an appointment, no exceptions.There is a $50 fee for all missed appointments, or appointments that you reschedule or cancelwithin 24 hours of your appointment time.Example: if your appointment is at 10 am, you must cancel or reschedule before 10 am on theday before your appointment. To avoid misunderstanding, our staff is trained to constantlyremind you of our policy.CONFIRMATION CALLS: As a courtesy, we email a reminder 48 hours before your appointmentand send a text 24 hours before. We may occasionally call you, too. Please make sure yougive us the best number and email to reach you when you call to make an appointment.Please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to maintain your appointment and not oursto remind you.LATE ARRIVALS: A late arrival will take away from the time reserved for your service. In fairnessto others, your treatment must end on time so the next client’s session can begin on timeand we do not get backed up. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you andcomplete as much of your treatment as possible, or provide a service that requires less time.If you are very late, you will have to be rescheduled and a $50 penalty fee will be applied.CONSULTATIONS: We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their skin care goals. If youwould like to have a consultation with a Barba Skin Clinic Specialist before choosing a service,you may book a 15 minute consultation for a $50 fee. We will be happy to apply the $50 feeto any service or product of your choice.SCHEDULING: Appointments are preferred but occasionally we have same day or walk-inappointments available. You are welcome to call us to see what is available. If you are bookingwith Barba Skin Clinic and Barba Dermatology on the same day, you must book with BSC first,and Barba Dermatology second.PRODUCT RETURNS: We stand behind our skincare products. If you are not satisfied withone of our products, please bring in the product within two weeks of the purchase date.We will gladly exchange it for a different item. If you do not wish to have a product exchange,you may have a credit towards one of our treatments, or a refund credited back to you in thesame method of payment used for purchase.
