RESOLUTION 13–<strong>16</strong>0A SET MILEAGE RATE FOR CASE MANAGEMENTBE IT RESOLVED THAT, the <strong>Warren</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Supervisors</strong> hereby moves to set themileage reimbursement rate at .39 for Case Management staff as reimbursed by the IowaDepartment <strong>of</strong> Human Services for FY14. Carried unanimouslyRESOLUTION 13–<strong>16</strong>0B CONSERVATION NEW EMPLOYEE HIREBE IT RESOLVED THAT, the <strong>Warren</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Supervisors</strong> hereby approves to hireLogan Lorraine Roberts as a regular/full-time employee in Conservation effective July 11, <strong>2013</strong>,at the rate <strong>of</strong> $15.17 per hour and is eligible for all full-time benefits according to the employeepolicy. Carried unanimouslyRESOLUTION 13–<strong>16</strong>0C APPROVE LIQUOR LICENSEBE IT RESOLVED THAT, the <strong>Warren</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Supervisors</strong> hereby approves the ClassC Native Wine License (WCN) for La Vida Loca Winery, LLC at 7852 Jesup Street, Indianola,effective August 6, <strong>2013</strong> through August 5, 2014 AND;BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the <strong>Warren</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Supervisors</strong> hereby approves theSpecial Class C Liquor License (BW) (Beer/Wine) for Hot Air Marketing, LLC at 15335 JewellStreet, Indianola, effective July 24, <strong>2013</strong> thru August 7, <strong>2013</strong>. Carried unanimouslyRESOLUTION 13–<strong>16</strong>0D DESTROY OLD RECORDSBE IT RESOLVED THAT, the <strong>Warren</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Supervisors</strong> hereby approves therequest from the Auditor’s Office to destroy the following old records that have been kept theappropriate amount <strong>of</strong> time necessary according to law:Fireworks and Tobacco Permits up to 2008Carried unanimouslyRESOLUTION 13–<strong>16</strong>0E APPROVE REHIRE IN HEALTH SERVICESBE IT RESOLVED THAT, the <strong>Warren</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Supervisors</strong> hereby approves to rehireShelly Jensen, RN in Health Services effective July 1, <strong>2013</strong> at an hourly rate <strong>of</strong> $24.56.Employee was rehired one week after resigning and will therefore earn benefits at rate <strong>of</strong> originalhire date and will immediately receive 80 hours sick time. Wage includes COLA given to allemployees as well as merit increase due to employee on July 1, <strong>2013</strong>. Employee is eligible forall full-time benefits according to the employee policy.
