It is best made the day before so it canmarinade in the fridge overnight.1 packet of pasta spirals (or any type of pasta,experiment with different colours and shapes)1/2 cup of white sugar1/2 cup of canola or olive oil1/2 cup of white vinegar1/3 cup of tomato sauce1/2 teaspoon of whole mustard seeds1/2 teaspoon of paprika1/2 teaspoon of turmerictomatoes, dicedonion, dicedcucumber, dicedgreen and/or red peppers, dicedPut pasta in about three litres of boiling water, cookuntil tender then drain and cool.Dissolve sugar in vinegar and oil, add tomatosauce, mustard seeds, paprika, turmeric and dicedvegetables. Add pasta and mix well.Mix together:Any yoghurt - berry fruit flavourMarshmallowsTinned boysenberries, drained, and/or anyseasonal berry fruit like strawberries.Use chocolate bits to garnish!Peach SliceBaseTopping80g of butter1/2 cup of sugar1 egg1.5 cups of self raising flour1/4 cup of milk1/2 cup of coconut (optional)Beat butter and sugar, add egg and beat. Mix in flour,milk and coconut. Pour into a greased ovenproof dish.1 tin of peaches drained250g pottle of lite cream cheese1/4 cup of sugar1 eggArrange peaches on the base. Beat cream cheese,egg and sugar together. Pour on top of peaches.
