Cooking with TomatoesFresh Tomato SalsaDirections:1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, coriander, garlic,chile pepper, salt, and lime juice. If your salsa is too hot, addsome additional chopped tomato. If not hot enough, carefullyadd a little more chile pepper.2. Let sit for 1 hour for the flavors to combine. If too much tomatojuice settles at the bottom, just pour some off before serving.3. Serve with corn chips, tortillas, tacos, burritos, tostadas, etc.Ingredients:6 medium-size fresh tomatoes, diced1 large onion, diced1 bunch fresh coriander, finelychopped6 cloves garlic, minced1 chile pepper, very finely dicedJuice of 1 limeCoarse salt to taste
