7.5 Premium Rate ServicesThe total call time, aggregated and rounded up to the nearest minute, should be reportedto the Exchanges each month.7.6 Public Display – Borsa ItalianaThe number of sites/locations at which Data is displayed for public consumption shouldbe reported to the Exchange each month.7.7. Last Trade Price – London Stock ExchangeThe number of websites on which Last Trade Price Data is displayed for publicconsumption.8. Terminal Returns System8.1 For further guidance on using the Terminal Returns System please refer to the TerminalReturns User Guide for uploading a monthly Data usage declaration, which can be foundon the London Stock Exchange website:www.londonstockexchange.com9. Non-Display and Other Applications Usage9.1 Each quarter, the Customer agrees to provide to the Exchange a list of its EndCustomers with the indication of the relevant contact person and address to allow theExchange to contact End Customers in relation to the Non-display usage and the OtherApplications Usage.9.2 The End Customer in receipt of real time Exchange data for the purpose of Non-Displayand Other Applications Usage, as set out in 4.6 of Schedule A, agrees that the chargesapplicable to the above mentioned usage types shall be billed by the Exchange directlyto the Customer and paid by the Customer directly to the Exchange. The End Customerundertakes, inter alia, to promptly inform the relevant Exchange atrealtimedatareturns@londonstockexchange.com of any changes to the information givenin these regards.58
