PayslipsThe Fund does not normally send a payslip to you every month as, for the majority of pensioners, the amountpaid each month does not alter significantly. You will receive a pay advice when you first retire, thereafter youwill receive one in April giving details of any pension increase, May including form P60, and in December. Youwill also receive a pay advice in any month when your net pay varies by more than 25p from the previousmonth.Payment OverseasIf you decide to emigrate, your pension can still be paid monthly into a bank account anywhere in the world. All overseas transactions are dealt with by the Bank of Scotland who make a small charge for currencyconversion and transmission of the payment.Any QueriesAny queries you have regarding payments should be directed to the Payroll Section at the Fund. After you RetireWhat If I get another job after I retire? If you get another job there will be no change to your pension. It will continue to be paid, as usual, unless youwere granted Compensatory added Years of Membership through a redundancy/efficiency of the serviceretirement, in which case your benefits may be affected.24
