Rents for units of 100 sqm were PLN100 - 200 (EUR 25 - 50) per sqm. Larger spaces rented for PLN70 - 120 (EUR 17 - 30) per sqm.Similar prices were charged for commercial areas located bymain streets, where renting 100 - 150 sqm cost PLN 100 - 200(EUR 25 - 50) per sqm.20
