What’s thestory behind this song?Rob It’s funny you ask about that onebecause we haven’t played it live in along time. Even more so that we’ve beenmoving closer to that kind of hardersound lately. “This Semester” is simplyabout my frustration with school. Iactually wrote it about midway throughmy freshman year at FIT when I wasgetting used to it still. It seemed that Icouldn’t please anyone with what I wasdoing and I really had a serious issuewith self doubt at the time. Combinethat with my frustration with school ingeneral and you get “This Semester.”Growing Pains, my man. This Marchyou are releasing a split with twoother bands, Sunning and Shirts vs.Skins. I’ve always been a huge fan ofsplits. What should your fans lookforward to with this new release?Kevin We experimented a lot withdifferent effects, structures, riffs, andvocals.
