Fabrication Facility OverviewThe Nikiski Fabrication Facility andRig Tenders Marine Terminal islocated on 25 acres of land on theKenai Peninsula, and has a deepwaterdock for barging modulesto Alaska’s North Slope and otherdestinations.The 41,400-square-foot facility hasa monthly capacity of 250 tons ofstructural steel fabrication and 125tons of pipe fabrication, and willaccommodate up to 400 craft andstaff personnel.Able to engage in any aspect ofconstruction module fabrication,the facility can also provide operationsand maintenance support, vac truckservice, barge and dock usage,officespace rental, and a lay down area.In addition, the facility offerssoftware services, includingStruCad and AutoCAD structuralsteel detailing, structural steelmaterial management and inventorysystem, and pipe spooling software.The facility is also ASME U, PP, and Rcertified and UL 508 Certified.WORKFORCE· 275 non-union craft employeesassigned to facility, including astaff of certified inspectors forquality assurance· Perform operations andmaintenance, minor modifications,construction, and industrialcleaning· Access to another 200 employeesfor short-term workloads oremergencies
