Micro-FLEX polisher
The easy to operate Micro-FLEX is
especially designed for small floor
space and floor load requirements.
Combining tangential polishing kinematic,
proven long-lasting soft tools,
and optimized process parameters
provide the foundation for high form
accuracy and process stability. The
reduced number of soft polishing
tools minimizes tool handling and
logistics. Overall machine design and
lens clamping foot switch provide
not only ergonomic operation, but
consistent and streamlined polishing
process.
The integrated tool storage comprises
2x3 positions for up to 6 flexible
polishing tools. The inclined working
chamber facilitates all cleaning like
draining polish slurry directly into the
slurry tank. The optional 12 l polishing
cart, with slurry tank and pump, is
ideally situated right under the working
chamber. The polished lenses
can be pre-cleaned with the water
spray and dried by compressed air
before placing them back into the job
tray. Micro-FLEX handles all current
lens formats and organic materials of
today’s and tomorrow’s lens production.
