However, it seems that the majority of programmingprovided includes either sports programs or special events. There is a void of arts and cultural programs, andnature/environmental programming. These are certainly areas that would be appropriate for the <strong>County</strong> to<strong>Beaver</strong> <strong>County</strong> Comprehensive <strong>Recreation</strong> and Parks <strong>Plan</strong>Chapter 1: Where Are We Now?53
