Reo-Pack S3000

S3000 a stretchwrapper for all
The S3000 is a swing arm stretchwrapper. The design
means that the pallet is stationary during wrapping and
the swing arm rotates around the pallet carrying the
stretchfilm. with it’s advanced stretchfilm surveillance
system the S3000 is able to wrap the most demanding
products at high speed.
Apart from being fast, the S3000 sets new standards of
versatility. it is operating around the clock in many industries
- fmcg, food, beverage, furniture, paper, chemicals,
building materials, and many more. The knowledge and
experience of so many industries has paved the way for
exports of the stretchwrapper all over the world.
The versatility is only possible because the S3000 is available
in two variants: S3000 and S3000iSS. iSS stands for
integrated Seaming System, and is a unique ‘no product
contact’ way of seaming the stretchfilm which guarantees
a perfect seam and no stretch film “tail”.
The S3000iSS can start to wrap at the bottom of the
pallet or by using a topclamp, at the top of the pallet.
The S3000 starts to wrap at the bottom of the pallet,
rises to the top of the pallet and then back down to
finish wrapping at the bottom of the pallet. The S3000,
combined with r2000 automatic topsheet dispenser
can wrap pallets both dustproof and splashproof.
The S3000 comes in a “rEo-pACK standard” equipped
version; which can be adapted to a customer specific
specification for the pLC, motors, etc. rEo-pACK
utilizes only the latest production methods during
manufacturing.
As in other rEo-pACK stretchwrappers, all compo-
nents in the machine are selected for their robustness
and serviceability. Quality components like nordgear,
Siemens and inA speak for themselves.
