Two (2) pieces ID for Authorized Signers on the account (Passport, Drivers License, NationalID, Resident or Citizenship Card) OR one (1) piece of ID & a Reference Letter (from BusinessPartner, Associate or JMMB client or team member). Copy of ID must be certified copiesunless originals are presented for photocopying.9. Proof of Address for Trustee and all signatories10. Source of Funds information – source of funds being used to open the account as well assource of future investmentsOVERSEAS COMPANIES & PARTNERSHIPS1. Articles of Incorporation2. By Laws3. Indication of source of funds being used to open account and source of expected income10. Comparable documents from relevant sections above - Copies of documents must be signedand sealed by a Notary Public resident in the country of origin11. For overseas company - a copy of the incorporation documents and constitution of the companyor any other document constituting or defining the constitution and containing the name of thecompany and if the instrument is not in English Language a certified translation thereof must besubmitted.12.
