Tire deflation device is defined in part by Section 46.01 of the Penal Code as a device, including a caltrop or spikestrip, that when driven over, impedes or stops the movement of a wheeled vehicle by puncturing one or more of thevehicle’s tires.Title 5 offenses are those that involve injury to a person and include murder; kidnapping; assault; aggravated assault;sexual assault; aggravated sexual assault; unlawful restraint; indecency with a child; injury to a child, an elderly person, or adisabled person; abandoning or endangering a child; deadly conduct; terroristic threat; aiding a person to commit suicide;and tampering with a consumer product. Impairment of a person’s physical ormental faculties may be evidenced by a pattern of abnormal or erratic behavior, the presence of physical symptoms of drugor alcohol use, or by admission. A student “under the influence” need not be legally intoxicated to trigger disciplinaryaction.Use means voluntarily introducing into one’s body, by any means, a prohibited substance.Zip gun is a device or combination of devices, not originally a firearm, but adapted to expel a projectile through a smoothboreor rifled-bore barrel by using the energy generated by an explosion or burning substance.27
