The 14,000 m2 premises in Zwijndrecht is in close proximity to both Rotterdam and Antwerp.<br />
TurboNed has a stock of over €12 million of parts usable for ABB turbochargers including casings,<br />
rotors, nozzle rings, shroud rings and all other essential parts. We also operate an overhaul service for<br />
bearings and oil pumps and our blade weld repair service enables badly damaged rotors to be<br />
reclaimed at a fraction of their new reblade/replacement cost. Our state-of-the-art workshops are<br />
equipped to handle all aspects of turbocharger repair: dynamic balancing, steam cleaning, glass bead<br />
blasting, micro blasting, metal spraying, wet blasting, blade weld repair, TIG welding, ultrasonic<br />
inspection, ultraviolet crack detection and hydrostatic testing.<br />
