Once<strong>the</strong> account is set up, tenants can also createa four digit PIN number <strong>to</strong> access <strong>the</strong> appso <strong>the</strong>y don’t need <strong>to</strong> go through a lengthylogin process every time <strong>to</strong> use it.Being able <strong>to</strong> make a rent payment from yoursmartphone must be <strong>the</strong> quickest and mostconvenient way <strong>to</strong> pay.This is in addition <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> many ways thattenants can already pay <strong>the</strong>ir rent, fromcalling in<strong>to</strong> our offices <strong>to</strong> pay cash through <strong>to</strong>ringing our contact centre and paying over<strong>the</strong> telephone.inhouse | 15
