As we are living out that Model, we have a very personalsense of what that means. The children, when they come to us, are dealing with significantseparation. It takes courage to experience separation, loss and sometimes trauma, and still bewilling to try new things and build new relationships. There are people at Cal Farley’s who notonly believe in what’s possible, they live it with the young people in our care.”6
