Find a place for storing coats, school bags, sports kits etc.It is a good idea to be consistent in the place you ask younger volunteers to work in. In this waythey can make it “theirs” it will become more familiar <strong>and</strong> help alleviate any anxieties they mayhave about their unfamiliar surroundings.Think about the refreshments you offer your volunteers.
