Compression Therapy Concepts (CTC), a privately held company was incorporated in New Jersey in May of 1999. It is
a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB), certified by the Women Business Enterprise (WBE) as a minority business.
The company was formed to provide cost effective product(s) for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Our
products and support programs are designed to improve patient outcomes and reduce the risk of pulmonary embolism.
We strive to know how our products interact with related modalities, assist the caregiver responsible for the patient s
welfare to obtain improved outcomes, and reduce the risk of associated complications from concomitant effects of deep

respond to local customer needs. The co-founders have combined health care management experience of over thirtyy
years in acute care, long term and home care markets. The company is focused on DVT prevention and created, the
FDA approved, VasoPress® DVT system, that consists of a pump and a variety of compression garments (SCD
sleeves). CTC services hospitals through many distribution channels. CTC has been awarded agreements from the
government and several IDN s.CTC developed a reprocessing program to lower the cost of DVT prophylaxis by
providing a garment that can be reused up to five times. Our garment provides hospitals with a choice of a single
patient use product or a garment that can be reprocessed. This is an environmentally friendly, cost-effective approach to
the prevention of deep vein thrombosis.
