Applied Plasma Technologies (APT) develops <strong>and</strong> manufactures plasma ignition systems,<br />
plasma pilots, plasma fuel nozzles <strong>and</strong> fuel re<strong>for</strong>mers <strong>for</strong> naval <strong>and</strong> aircraft gas turbines,<br />
scramjets, thrusters, boilers, <strong>and</strong> furnaces. More than 1,200 our plasma systems are in operation<br />
worldwide.<br />
APT manages an international project with <strong>the</strong> target to develop a novel plasma assisted<br />
combustion technology on <strong>the</strong> basis of reverse vortex combustor <strong>and</strong> spatial arc. Such combustor<br />
does not need <strong>the</strong> walls <strong>and</strong> nozzle cooling. Continuously operating spatial arc provides ignition<br />
<strong>and</strong> flame control at any ambient conditions.<br />
We also conduct research <strong>and</strong> development of a multi-channel plasma switch <strong>for</strong> High Power<br />
Pulse Systems, including lasers with energy up to 5 J, voltage up to 50 kV <strong>and</strong> repetition rate up<br />
to 3 kHz.<br />
