Detail of Research (In Brief) -Some major field of Research work presently undertaken by me and goingin our “Bio-Medical Toxicology Lab” and “ Tissue Culture Lab “ are asmentioned below :• Toxicological Evaluation of Arsenic on Mammal : We are evaluatedtoxicological effect of Arsenic on Oritolagus curricular ( Amammalian System) and examining Hematological Biochemical andEndocrinological parameters .One Research Scholar doing thisexperiment.• Toxicological Evaluation of Parthenium on Mammal : Partheniumhysterophorons (Congress Weed) a major allopathic problem of thecountru is being examined in our lab. Two Research Scholars areinvolved in study of toxicological effects of different parts ofParthenium in Hematological , Biochemical , Histopathological andImmunological toxicity Orytolages curricular.• Development of Tissue culture Technique and Charecterisation ofBimolecules : We are trying to develop techniques for tissue culturealong with bio-chemical charecterisation of different unknownplants of Chattisgarh with medicinal property .Our two Researchscholars are involved in work with close collaboration of CottonResearch Institute (On ICAR unit), nagpur.• Thyroid profiling of Chattisgarh Society : One of Research scholaris doing work for development of Thyroid profiling from differentcross sectional striate of Chattisgarh.• Endocrine evaluation of pre puberty and Menopausal state ofChattisgarh population : One of scholar from lab is trying to studyhormonal attraction in both pre pubertal and menopausal state ofchattisgarh population .• Development of Map of Haemoglobinopathesis (especially sickleing )for Chattisgarh : We have a mega project for study of differenttypes of Haemoglobinopathesis (especially sickleing ) in differentsuction of Chattisgarh society . For this mega project one womwnscientist (DST) and two Research scholar working in the lab . Our

mission is development of a Haemoglobinopathesis map for wholechattisgarh• Study of Antimicrobial property of Plants of Chattisgarh : We areworking for investigation of antimicrobial property of originalindigenous plat of chattisgarh . We have already established somefindings .• Study of Cynotoxin and development of Biosensor : We areevaluating cynobaeteria of local water bodies, their Cynotoxin andrelated toxicological effect on mammalian system . Besides ourmission is development of Biosensor for Cynobaeteria and theirtoxin of Chattisgarh .
