Houston City Center is so proud to have suchgreat recognition on the chapter level!Mike Carr with JCS has been a huge asset to both our Houston City Center andthe Texas Oklahoma Chapter. He shows his passion for the Design Communitythrough his involvement in IIDA as a Sponsor,Underwriter and volunteer.Kristy Emmrich with Gensler worked hard to makethe 11th Annual Student Conference memorable. She broughtcreativity and design innovation to Texas, Oklahoma and Louisianastudents with outstanding 101 topics and renown Keynote speakerTom Vecchione. With her hard work, students experienced elegantdesign, learned what’s new in the industry and were inspired to becreative.Lauren Von Drehle Killary was a part of the dynamic duo thatmade the 11th Annual Student Conference possible. She broughtaward winning design to the Conference with a new location in CityCenter at the Norris Conference Center. Through hard work thisChapter event brought the Houston City Center and TexasOklahoma Chapter together.Dimensional Fund Advisors in Austinreceived the Design Excellence Awardfor Sustainability.
