C. ENTRIES(1) <strong>Entry</strong> into RQ will be accepted from any male professionalgolfer, from a male amateur golfer whose playing handicapdoes not exceed 0.4 (SCRATCH), from a male amateur golferwho has been within WAGR TM listing 1-2000 (see www.WAGR.com) during the period WAGR TM week <strong>2015</strong>/01 todate of entry and from any female golfer in(i) The top 5 and ties in the <strong>2015</strong> ANA Inspiration.(ii) The top 5 and ties in the <strong>2015</strong> KPMG Women’s PGAChampionship.(iii) The top 5 and ties in the 2014 US Women’s <strong>Open</strong>Championship.(iv) The top 5 and ties in the 2014 RICOH Women’s British<strong>Open</strong> Championship.(v) The top 5 and ties in the 2014 Evian Championship(2) <strong>Entry</strong> into FQ or The <strong>Open</strong> will be accepted from anygolfer who fulfils the conditions in section D or section Erespectively.(3) Amateur entrants from Great Britain & Ireland shall beunder the current CONGU handicapping scheme or, fromoutside Great Britain & Ireland, under the handicappingscheme adopted by the recognised authority controllinggolf in the country from which they enter.(4) Amateur entrants from Great Britain & Ireland must enterthrough the Secretary of their Home Club. Amateurentrants from the USA shall enter through their home StateAssociation. Other amateur entrants from outside GreatBritain & Ireland shall enter through the Secretary of therecognised authority controlling golf in the country fromwhich they enter.(5) Entries must be received by the Entries Department no laterthan Thursday 28 May <strong>2015</strong>.(6) Entries shall be accepted by the Entries Department only ifthe the following details are provided.i. Payment of <strong>Entry</strong> Fee (£150)ii. Certification by the PGA, Tour or Secretary of theentrant’s handicapping authorityiii. Completed Club Information <strong>Form</strong> (only applicable toRegional Qualifying entrants) or box ticked to indicatethat your Clubs are all post-2010 models.(7) Entrance fees will not be refunded unless intimation ofwithdrawal is received before the respective closing date forentries. An administrative charge of £20 will be deductedfrom all refunds.(8) The Championship Committee may require independentcertified evidence of the playing ability of entrants.(9) All entries will be subject to the approval of theChampionship Committee which reserves the right toaccept or refuse, or having accepted, subsequently rejectany entry without giving reason for a decision.(10) The Championship Committee reserves the right todisqualify any competitor making a false statement on hisentry form.D ENTRY AT FINAL QUALIFYING is open to:(1) Past <strong>Open</strong> Champions.(2) Any competitor with OWGR pointage at date of entry.(3) Past Champions of The Masters Tournament, The US <strong>Open</strong>Championship and The PGA Championship.(4) Anyone who played in the 2014 <strong>Open</strong> Championship atRoyal Liverpool.(5) First 10 and anyone tying for 10th place in the 2014 PGAProfessional Championship.(6) First 10 and anyone tying for 10th place in the 2014 PGA ofAmerica Professional National Championship.(7) Past playing members of Ryder and Presidents Cup teams.(8) Playing members of the 5 leading teams and ties in the2014 Eisenhower Trophy.(9) Playing members of the 2014 St Andrews Trophy teams.(10) The Amateur Champions 2010-2014.(11) The US Amateur Champions 2009-2013.(12) The International European Amateur Champions 2009-2013.(13) The 2014 English, Scottish and Welsh Amateur Champions.(14) The runners-up in each of the <strong>2015</strong> Amateur Championship,for whom a blank entry will be made, the 2014 US AmateurChampionship and the 2014 International EuropeanAmateur Championship.(15) The leading 10 WAGR TM ranked players, not otherwiseexempt as at WAGR TM week 22.(16) The Boys Amateur Champion 2014.(17) The <strong>2015</strong> Latin America Amateur Champion and runner(s)-up.D(8) to D(17) are only applicable if the entrant concerned is stillan amateur on 30 June <strong>2015</strong>.E. COMPETITORS EXEMPT FROM ALL QUALIFYING(1) The <strong>Open</strong> Champions aged 60 or under on 19 July <strong>2015</strong>.(2) The <strong>Open</strong> Champions for 2005-2014.(3) The <strong>Open</strong> Champions finishing in the first 10 and tying for10th place in The <strong>Open</strong> Championship 2009-2014.(4) First 10 and anyone tying for 10th place in the 2014 <strong>Open</strong>Championship at Royal Liverpool.(5) The first 50 players on the OWGR for Week 21, <strong>2015</strong>.(6) First 30 in the Race to Dubai for 2014.(7) The BMW PGA Championship winners for 2013-<strong>2015</strong>.(8) First 5 European Tour members and any European Tourmembers tying for 5th place, not otherwise exempt, in thetop 20 of the Race to Dubai on completion of the <strong>2015</strong>BMW International <strong>Open</strong>.(9) The US <strong>Open</strong> Champions for 2011-<strong>2015</strong>. Blank entry willbe made on behalf of the <strong>2015</strong> Champion.(10) The Masters Tournament Champions for 2011-<strong>2015</strong>.(11) The PGA Champions for 2010-2014.(12) The PLAYERS Champions for 2013-<strong>2015</strong>.(13) The leading 30 qualifiers for the 2014 TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP.(14) First 5 PGA TOUR members and any PGA TOUR memberstying for 5th place, not exempt in the top 20 of the PGATOUR FedExCup Points List for <strong>2015</strong> on completion of the<strong>2015</strong> Travelers Championship.(15) Playing members of the 2014 Ryder Cup Teams.5
