PAYmENTS: All shipments are CIA (cash or credit card) unless credit has been established.
RETURNS: Returns may be accepted with prior RGA approval. A 25% restocking

FREIGHT: All shipments are FOB, West Palm Beach, Florida, USA. Goods damaged
or lost in transit must be noted with carrier at time of delivery. Harmsco ®
will assist with claims, but will not be responsible for loss during transit.

CANCELLATION FEE: A cancellation fee equivalent to costs incurred will be charged on
special order/request products for which manufacturing processes have begun.
PAST DUE INVOICES: A 1-1/2% service charge will be added per month to all invoices past due.
