Upuntil now, the FAA has not allowed us to issue a StandardC of A for replacement envelopes and this has causedproblems and delays for our customers. Starting now, wewill issue a Standard C or A for replacement envelopes,providing that the owner sends us a copy of his logbookwhich indicates that the basket/burner has had a 100 Hourand Annual or Annual-Type-Inspection that is within 90days of taking delivery of the new envelope.This is a major change for us and should ease thereplacement envelope procedure considerably.<strong>Balloons</strong> <strong>Over</strong> <strong>Iowa</strong>Membership MeetingsMeetings are held every thirdSunday of the month6:30 p.m.BOI BalloonportSchedule of meetings:<strong>April</strong> 17 May 15
