Local Rule 6686 provides, “Within six months of appointment, andsemi8annually thereafter, the receiver shall serve and file with the Court a reportshowing: (a) The receipts and expenditures of the receivership; and (b) All acts andtransactions performed in the receivership.” The local rules do not require a statusconference semi8annually, but in my experience it is economical and otherwiseadvisable for the Court to do so.
