Endowment funds allow for financial security going forward, but theyalso create the ability for the school to be innovative, to launch new initiatives, and to ensurethat the student experience is constantly evolving in a fast-paced world. A strong endowment allowsthe school to attract the most talented faculty and students—and challenge them to be the bestthey can be. In this sense, it is the most important campaign initiative.
