Summer MojitosThe classic Mojito recipe uses mint, lime, white rum, sugarand club soda. But here are 3 heavenly flavour variationsof the Mojito that are sure to have your summer parties infull swing! Try substituting the mango with strawberries,kiwifruit or peach nectar for more alternatives.MANGOMojito4 mint leaves1/2 Lime juice2 parts white rum2 parts fresh mango, pureed(or use tinned mango puree)Club sodaMuddle together mint leavesand lime juice in a shaker.Add in handful of ice, rum andmango puree.
