FascinationDrive held a spot open for a stage for livemusic, food, drinks and a tent for showcasingprofessional and Lee’s Summit school artists.The festival displayed a diversity of artwork.Kathy Besthorb, a Kansas native, is a digitalphotographer who uses her computer to createher artwork. “I used to paint, but <strong>the</strong>n I discovered<strong>the</strong> computer,” she said.Pencil artist Brad Ultican gave an artistic tip:“I hope to draw exactly what you see,” he said.Ultican draws mostly buildings and industriallandscapes. He has been drawing for six or sevenyears and just started displaying his work inart fairs this year. Ultican’s work is priced $1,100to $4,700 a piece.Julie Boyd has been blowing glass for 20years.
