All articles are refereed.Aims and ScopeNordicom Review provides a major forum formedia and communication researchers in the Nordiccountries – Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway andSweden. The semiannual journal is addressed tothe international scholarly community. It publishesthe best of media and communication researchin the region, as well as theoretical works in allits diversity; it seeks to reflect the great variety ofintellectual traditions in the field and to facilitatea dialogue between them. As an interdisciplinaryjournal, Nordicom Review welcomes contributionsfrom the best of the Nordic scholarship in relevantareas, and encourages contributions from seniorresearchers as well as younger scholars.Nordicom Review offers reviews of Nordicpublications, and publishes notes on a wide rangeof literature, thus enabling scholars all over theworld to keep abreast of Nordic contributions in thefield.
