By pushing a button, the lite is lifted into the opening of thedoor and the grille portion of the lite is screwed in place.The machine then flips the door depending on the hand and swing.While one operator attaches the hinge leaf, the other operatorattaches the hinge keeper, strike jamb and door sweep. Theoperators then work together to attach the door sill. Since the unitis assembled with the hinge pin down, installation of the brickmoldis quick and easy. The completed door unit is then automaticallytilted in a vertical position for handling onto a door cart or pallet.LoaderThe Loader automatically adjusts to any width, thickness and height ofdoor and will handle a stack of up to 7’ tall.
