香 港 唐 氏 綜 合 症 協 會 於 一 九 八 七 年 十 月正 式 註 冊 為 非 牟 利 慈 善 團 體 , 致 力 為 唐氏 綜 合 症 人 士 、 其 他 殘 疾 人 士 及 其 家 人提 供 綜 合 家 庭 支 援 及 職 業 復 康 服 務 , 使服 務 使 用 者 在 個 人 成 長 及 生 活 各 方 面 ,得 以 全 面 發 展 ; 以 及 滿 足 他 們 在 就 業 及職 業 培 訓 方 面 的 需 要 。本 會 服 務 Our ServicesIntegrated Family Support ServicesBradbury Parents Resource Centre為 殘 疾 人 士 家 庭 提 供 支 援 、 互 相 幫 助 和 交 流 的 機 會 , 並 透 過 多元 化 的 服 務 及 社 區 資 源 , 協 助 家 長 面 對 照 顧 子 女 所 遇 到 的 困難 。T h e C e n t r e o f f e r sopportunities to gives u p p o r t, h e l p e a c hother, and exchangesamongst families ofpeople with disabilities.It also assists parents incoping with difficultiesin child care throughdiversified services andcommunity resources. The SHARE Project唐 氏 分 區 網 絡 服 務 , 為 育 有 唐氏 綜 合 症 子 女 的 家 長 提 供 交 流及 研 習 教 養 方 法 的 機 會 , 給 予他 們 情 緒 及 生 活 上 的 支 援 , 並團 結 各 家 長 , 為 其 唐 氏 綜 合 症子 女 爭 取 應 有 的 權 益 和 福 利 ,改 善 其 生 活 質 素 。Regional Networks offers a platformfor parents to exchange theirexperience and actual skills innurturing their children with Downsyndrome, furthermore, it providesemotional and living support foreach others. This network alsounifies parents whose childrenhave Down syndrome to fightfor the rights and welfare of theirchildren so as to improve theirquality of life. DS Centre專 為 唐 氏 綜 合 症 人 士 服 務而 設 的 中 心 , 因 應 會 員 的獨 特 性 及 需 要 , 為 他 們 提供 合 適 的 服 務 。 本 中 心 透過 各 項 促 進 全 人 發 展 的 活動 及 個 案 管 理 , 讓 他 們 盡展 潛 能 , 建 立 正 確 健 康 的生 活 模 式 , 提 昇 個 人 自 尊和 自 信 。The Centre aims to serve thepeople with Down syndromeaccording to their unique talents, trails and needs. Case managementand various services are provided to unleash their talents, to help them toestablish healthy lifestyle and to enhance self-esteem and confidence.Registered as a non-profit-making organization in October 1987, the HongKong Down Syndrome Association is committed to serving individualswith Down syndrome, other disabilities and their family members withintegrated family support and vocational rehabilitation services. Ourobjective is to enable the service users to develop their personal growthfully and in every aspect of life, as well as to meet their employment andvocational training needs. Integrated VocationalRehabilitation Services Tiptop Training Centre為 殘 疾 人 士 提 供 一 站 式 就業 培 訓 服 務 , 包 括 工 場 訓練 、 輔 助 就 業 、 在 職 培 訓及 公 開 就 業 跟 進 。 同 時 ,中 心 亦 提 供 其 他 輔 助 服務 , 如 小 組 訓 練 、 家 長 工作 及 康 樂 活 動 等 , 希 望 達至 「 全 人 發 展 」 的 目 的 。The Centre offers one-stope m p l o y m e n t a n d t r a i n i n gservices, including workshopt r a i n i n g s , s u p p o r t e demployment, on-the-job trainingand follow-up work for openemployment, for the peoplewith disabilities. Meanwhile,the Centre also provides othersupplementary services suchas group training, parents workand recreational activities soas to achieve the objective of“whole person development”.Employment Services Centre透 過 有 系 統 及 持 續 的 訓 練 、 輔 導 及 跟 進 服 務 , 發 揮 殘 疾 人 士 的工 作 潛 能 , 提 昇 其 就 業 競 爭 力 及 社 會 適 應 力 , 從 而 貢 獻 社 會 。The Centre makes contributions to society by unlocking the potential ofthe people with disabilities in their work, enhancing their competitivenessin employment and social adaptability through systematic and constanttraining, counseling and follow-up work.
