TERMS & CONDITIONS
All buyers must obtain a bidding number prior to purchasing
a horse from this sale.
Terms of sale are cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard. Cheques
will not be accepted. Payment to be made for full purchase
price by the end of the sale.
Minimum bid will be $300.
GST will be charged to the buyer on full purchase price.
Buyers will be responsible for all transfer fees on registered
horses. Registration papers & a signed transfer will
be provided to buyer upon full payment.
Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of pedigree
names, numbers and official records; any known corrections
will be made at sale time. Announcements from
the auction stand will take precedence over printed matter
in the catalogue.
Horses will be sold in catalogue order, please bring your
catalogue to the sale.
People attending this sale do so AT THEIR OWN RISK.
The management, consignors and sale personnel assume no
responsibility legal or otherwise, for accidents or injuries
that may occur to people or horses.
Horses are at the buyer’s expense and responsibility from
the time of purchase. Only exception will be broodmares
and foals returning to consignors’ ranch until weaning.
