These are uniquely high quality windows. Whether you
choose a standard window or make the most of our Made
to Measure service, your windows will be manufactured
in the UK to our exacting specifications, with more of
everything you’d choose Magnet Trade for.
More energy efficiency
24mm low E double glazed units with a U value of 1.5 on Statesman Professional
and 1.4 on Craftsman Sliding Sash and energy rated C as standard. A-rated
double and triple glazed windows with U values as low as 0.8 are available
through our made to order service.
More security
All casement windows feature espagnolette locking and are pre-glazed as
standard, with the option of toughened or laminated glass. For extra reassurance,
many are available under the police approved Secured by Design scheme.

More glazing options
A full range of obscure and leaded glass options are available. Bar designs are
now supplied with a bonded bar and integral spacer within the glass unit to give
increased thermal performance.
More finishes and colours
Now all Magnet Trade windows will be supplied with a high quality, highly
durable white painted finish as standard. Other colour options are available
through our Made to Measure service.

Every Magnet Trade Statesman Professional Softwood window
is made from responsibly sourced FSC ® -certified softwood.
More guarantees
All Statesman Professional windows are guaranteed for 30 years (softwood)
against rot and fungal attack. The double glazed units and factory-applied paint
finishes are guaranteed for 5 years. See page 38 for full details of all our guarantees.

External timber is clad in aluminium with a resilient powder
coated paint finish. This means you get all the aesthetic beauty
of timber on the inside with a long lasting finish that requires
little or no maintenance on the outside.
