01 EARNEST MONEY:-
For items tendered in the nature of Rate Contract (R.C.) envisaged for
a period of one year and bids in two parts, the tenders is required to submit
EMD as mentioned below.

02 BIDS IN TWO PARTS :-
Bids are required to be submitted in two parts- Part –I & Part-II as described

2.1 Part – Ist Technical Bid : Shall be opened at 20-12-2012 at 1:00 PM.
Should contain EMD.

2.2 Part – IInd Financial Bid : To be opened on 20-12-2012 03:00 PM.
To contain price bid.
03 After verification of EMD DD deposit (Technical bids shall be opened and
EMD details) technical details read out to the bidder’s representatives. Price
bids shall not be opened immediately.
04 The samples of Lime Stone Powder shall be examined at Cattle Feed Plant,
Nadbai lab/ NDDB lab. In case sample of any supplier fails, its tender shall
be considered null and void and the next bidder shall be considered for the
same.
